Maria Paltin is an Romanian architect who has always loved jewelry. Ever since she was a child, she used to make jewelry and decorative objects. The passion for making jewelry, with her own hands, has pushed her to try different materials, from wire to plexiglass and lately fine porcelain.  The first time she touched wet, cold malleable clay she was hooked. The possibilities are infinite, and the process is therapeutic.

Maria Paltin works only with the finest translucent porcelain, gold and platinum lusters, cultured freshwater pearls, 925 sterling silver or 18k gold plated accessories.

Her collections have a strong inspiration from the organic world that surrounds us such as flowers: orchids, bird of paradise, purple heart, oleander, and insects. Some other inspiration brings tribute to famous artists such as the Romanian sculptor Constantin Brancusi.
