Shipping and Returns.
COVID-19
The Sense of Beauty is open online and we are shipping as usual. Please note there may be delays though we are doing our utmost to minimize this, but in some cases the delivery time can reach two weeks.
Where we deliver
Customers within EU
In accordance with the laws governing members of the EU, all orders delivered within the member countries of the EU are inclusive of VAT. The final price will be calculated at the checkout after the destination country has been selected. If you are at all unsure please don't hesitate to contact us to check.
Customers outside EU
Please note that your package may be assessed for import or customs fees on entry into the destination country. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that The Sense of Beauty does not have the ability to declare a different value when shipping your order as this is considered a legal offence.
Delivery times and costs
We ship with NL POST/ ELTA/ POSTA ROMANA/CYPRUS POST. Delivery in Europe has a fix cost of 8 euro while in US and New Zeeland is 15 euro, in The Netherlands is 4 euro. Delivery time is 5-7 working days for Europe and 7-11 days for the rest of the world for items in stock. For the items that requires an order from the designer, we need an additional time for preparation. You will be informed about it once you place your order. If you want to know it in advance, please do not hesitate to contact us to check.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned within 15 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we received back the item(s), you will receive an email notifying you of a refund directly to the initial credit card, PayPal or bank account used for paying for the order. Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. The refund will appear in your account from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method. If payment has been made with Paypal the refund can take up to 30 days. The refund does not include shipping fees. For the returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, original packaging and any enclosed documentation. It's not possible to issue a refund for store credit.
Returns will not be accepted for sale items and for orders paid with interest-free installment, or items that have been labeled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. Custom made products are not returnable and refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.
The Sense of Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the order.
Return instructions
Making a return or exchange is easy. Log in to your account and follow the instructions. Make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 15 days of receiving your order. You may return the goods by any transport of your choice and provide us with a tracking code, but note that you will be liable in case of loss or damage. Exchange:
Purchased items are not exchangeable into a different size, colour or material. Exchanges are handled in the same manner as a return (as described above). You will have to place another order of your desired product/size and we will ship this to you while your return/refund are being processed. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned and undamaged merchandise, and are based on stock availability.
